Get Active/Self Care Challenge!

December, Diciembre, Dezember, you came back around so quickly. This time last year I created a list of goals to accomplish in 2017.  I am proud to say I accomplished a majority of the goals.

1~ Read more books and less TV.
✔ 30 Audible books
2 ~  Start a blog.
✔ ‪Kimcheefabz.com‬
3 ~ Be bold and fearless.
✔ receipts to show how that went
4 ~ Be a supportive wife.
✔ still married and hubby still adores me
5 ~ Work out 2 to 4 times a week

These ❌’s are not a strike like in bowling; it means an epic fail. This is due to not having a plan or strategy to accomplish this goal. What is a girl to do? I’ve got it, that’s it “Eureka”! Create a challenge for the month of December and invite others to join me. It will run from December 4th – 31st. We will name it Get Active/Self Care Challenge!

1. Plan your week of activities.
2. Post it on Instagram at the beginning of each week.
3. Create an Instagram story at least once a week showing off your activity.

5. *BONUS ENTRY* Share why you need to take on this challenge.
6. **EXTRA BONUS ENTRY** post your fitness tracking device data after each work out.

Everyone will be a winner, but only one will receive my Kimchee Fabz giveaway. You most adhere to all four steps to qualify for a chance to win.

This is not a challenge that will be taken lightly.  I realized years ago that I become melancholy between December and March of each year. I contribute this to the transition from Daylight Saving Time. Do you suffer the blues in these months as well? Did you know working out releases endorphins? Endorphins can trigger a positive feeling in the body. Who does not like to feel good?
